Search-widget queries are sent to the outside provider that operates the widget. Cass County Court Docket does not operate a court case database and does not promise to retain or retrieve a query entered into that provider's form.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message and address may be kept for correspondence and operational records. We do not sell that correspondence. It may be disclosed when law requires it or when needed to protect the service.

No Court-Record Data on File
Cass County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell official Cass court files, docket registers, hearing calendars, or person-specific case databases. Court-record access is governed by MCR 8.119, not a generic county FOIA request. Michigan's FOIA definition excludes the judiciary under MCL 15.232. The appropriate Cass court or file room controls its own official record process.
